Terms of use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
By using the ArifRide or ArifRide Driver app you agree to these terms.
The service
ArifRide connects passengers with independent drivers. Drivers are not employees of ArifRide. The trip itself is an agreement between the passenger and the driver.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give true information. Keep your phone and login codes private.
- Drivers must hold a valid licence, vehicle papers and insurance as required by law, and must be approved by our office before taking trips.
- We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, unsafe behaviour or breaking these terms.
Fares and payment
The app shows a price before you book. The final fare is based on the distance, time and waiting of the trip, within the limits shown in the app. Passengers pay the driver as shown in the app (currently cash). Drivers pay ArifRide the fees described in the driver app.
Cancellations and bookings
Scheduled bookings and cancellations follow the rules shown in the app. Drivers who repeatedly miss bookings may be blocked from booking for a period.
Safe use
- Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, violence or illegal items.
- Drivers must follow traffic laws and must not use the app while driving in a way that is unsafe.
- Use the SOS button for real emergencies. In an emergency, call the local emergency number first.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the apps available and accurate but cannot promise they will always work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, ArifRide is not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers or for losses that come from using the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Questions: support@arifride.com. See also our privacy policy.
